Spectral Habitat creates and supports space for feelings you need to feel and journeys you need to take. Heavily influenced by our Appalachian home and the natural world, we call upon strong roots in classical, experimental, drone, and heavy music, using voice, violin, electronics, and synthesizers to cultivate sensory landscapes.
Spookstina is an experimental and experiential sound artist. Her pieces are an exercise in creating and decaying empathic drone; an exploration of impermanence. Improvised layers built in real-time from fragments of found sound, metal hardware, tiny toys, aural loops and bass & synth pulses. Spookstina has toured across the US and Mexico and currently resides in Raleigh, NC.
