The filmmakers will introduce and share the first trailer from their work in progress f/11 and be there, a documentary about photographer Burk Uzzle who recorded many of the 20th century’s defining moments in pictures.

MAP + BMCM are hosting a two-day festival and workshop that features dance created specifically for film and video. They will introduce short clips from the festival + discuss the workshop Frame + Form coming February 24+25.

Following the announcement + short presentations there will be a unique sound presentation in the spirit of Deep Listening concepts by theremin experimenter Derek Dominy. Asheville premier performance.
